Goshen Trails, Bulletin of the Hamilton County Historical Society, was first published in April, 1965 and discontinued in 1982. Issues were not published in every consecutive year. The Society chose as the name for their publication "Goshen Trails", after a trail first built by white men in 1808 as a road from Hamilton County to Shawneetown. It will be my pleasure to present on this Website, interesting articles from these Bulletins. Many of our "cousins", some of whom were well known genealogists of the area, contributed their works in order that the people of Hamilton County would have a better understanding of their history and community. I hope you will enjoy my tribute to all of their efforts and will benefit by reading their presentations, both genealogically and personally! All articles presented here are with permission.
