Obituaries of Hamilton County, Illinois 1926-1931 Several years ago, the Hamilton County Historical Society was presented with four scrapbooks of old obituaries. These scrapbooks were made from old Montgomery Ward catalogues, and every year became more fragile to the touch. Rather than let that happen, come concerned members of the HCHS decided to try to preserve them in a way that would allow people to use them. The obituaries pertaining to Hamilton County were extracted and typed into a usable, readable resource. 473 pages, softback 8 1/2" x 11", indexed.
