Last Will and Testament of Frances Gunn
"Lexington Co., KY. August 8th, 1889.
Being of good health and of sound mind I make this my last Will. I wish my house on South Mill Street to be sold or disposed of as my executor may think best.
After paying my debts and funeral expenses I wish my executor to divide y property left equally between my children.
I leave the portion which goes to my daughter, Mrs. Mary Brook Carnes to her to be disposed of as she may see fit or best.
I wish that part of my estate which I leave to James and John to go to my son William, to pay him as far as it can that which they owe him, in case they pay him before that they can claim their portion.
I wish William (Adams) Gunn, my son, to be executor without security. I trust him fully. This is my Will in witness I sign my name in the presence of these witnesses.
Withnesses: Thomas C. Luxon and George C. Frances.
