Will of Eliza Wheeler

The Last Will and Testament of  Eliza Wheeler of the Town Precinct in the 
County of Hamilton and State of Illinois made and published the Twenty Second day of 
February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Six.
In the Name of God, Amen I, Eliza Wheeler of the Town Precinct in the County of Hamilton and
State of Illinois of the age of  Sixty two years, and being of sound
mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this my LAST WILL
AND TESTAMENT in the manner following that is to say:
First It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid.
Second I give and bequeath to my two sons, James Buckhannon Wheeler and
Andrew Duff  Wheeler all my real estate to wit, The North West fourth of
the North West quarter of Section number Thirty one (31) Township number
Five (5) South, and in Range number Seven (7)  East 3rd P.M. situated in
the County of Hamilton and State of Illinois and containing Forty three
and Thirty two hundredths (43.32/00) acres be the same more or less.
Third The title to said real estate, above described to remain in me
during my natural life and at my death to my two sons as above set
fourth; each to share and share alike.
Fourth I also give and bequeath to my two sons, above named, all my
personal property of whatsoever kind, that I may be possessed of at the
time of my death, each to share in a division thereof.
Lastly I hereby nominate and appoint George Mitchell and Alexander Sloan
to be the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all former Wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the 22nd day
of February in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Six.

The above instrument; consisting of one sheet was now here subscribed
by Eliza Wheeler the Testator in the presence of each of us; and was at
the same time declared by her to be her Last Will and Testament, and we,
at her request, sign our names hereto in her presence as attesting witnesses.
