The Last Will and Testament

of Julia A. Maulding of the town of Dahlgren in the County of Hamilton and State of Illinois made and published the First day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-six.

In the Name of God, Amen.  I, Julia A. Maulding of the Town of Dahlgren in the County of Hamilton and State of Illinois of the age of ? and being of sound mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say:

First - It is my will that all my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid.

Second - After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved nephew Earl Wright, and his wife Marie Wright, all the property of every kind and character, both real and personal of which I may die seized.

Lastly - I nominate and appoint J. H. Lane to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the First day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Six.

The above Instrument, consisting of two pages was now here subscribed by Julia A. Maulding, the Testatrix, in the presence of each of us; and was at the same time declared by her to be her Last Will and Testament, and we, at her request, and in her presence, and in the presence of each other, subscribe our names as attesting witnesses, this First day of September A. D. 1926.

In Probate, August Term, A. D. 1931.
On this 22nd day of August A. D. 1931, personally appears W. W. Daily and states to the Court that Julia A. Maulding late of said County, departed this life at Delafield, Illinois on or about the 7th day of May A. D. 1931, leaving at the time of her death, Daniel M. Maulding her husband and Earl Wright, Marie Wright, Z. A. Daily, James H. Daily, Whitson W. Daily, William H. Daily, Lewis A. Daily, Sarah Simons, Mary Henson, Columbia T. Leamon, Cora Joines, James W. Kirk, Blanche Counts, Opal Sistrunk, Eithel Kirk, Con Kirk, Glen Kirk, Mabel Kirk, Florence Alexander, Elsi Shaver, Nell Critcher, Carrie Bradshaw, as her heirs at law.
