The Will of John W. Knight

I, John W. Knight of the town of Flannigan in the County of Hamilton and
State of Illinois being of sound mind and memory, and considering the
uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain,
publish and declare this to my Last Will and Testament:
First: I order and direct that my executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. Second: After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto Delpha and Birdie Knight each the sum of twenty five Dollars ($25.00) and I give and bequeath until Florence P. Knight and Ina Knight each the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) Thirdly: I give and bequeath until Ralf Knight, Hatie Ester Knight and John Knight, Jr. (children of Harrison Knight) the remainder of my personal estate to share the same share and share alike. 6th: It is my desire and I so order that my executor shall not be required to give bond as such executor and I further waive the appraisment of my personal estate. Lastly: I make, constitute and appoint D. Harrison Knight of Hamilton County, Illinois to be Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 30th day of July in the year of our Lord One Thousand nine hundred ten. John W.
