Petition to probate Will State of Illinois, County of Hamilton--SS--County Court Hamilton County, March Term, 1917.

In the matter of the Probate of the Last Will and Testament of John Irvin, Deceased.--In Probate.

TO ALL PERSONS WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN--GREETING:

Notice is hereby given, That on the 22d day of March, A. D. 1917, a petition was filed in the County Court of Hamilton County, Illinois, asking that the Last Will and Testament of John Irvin, deceased, be admitted to Probate.  The same petition further states that the following named persons are heirs at law and legatees: Thomas H. Irvin, Monroe Irvin, A. E. Irvin, Oscar Irvin, Manerva Edith Irvin, Harriett Irvin, Charles Irvin, Merritt Irvin, Henry H. Irvin, Henry Allen, Josiah Allen, Lorin Allen, Ollie Allen, Harriett Allen, Willis Allen, John Cates, Judson Cates, Ed Prigmore, David Sharp, Augustus A. Rockett, Gale Puckett, Augusta Johnson, Nancy Cloane, Jane Johnson, Millie Brown, Alice Sharp, May  Sharp, Millie Irvin, Martha Irvin, Belle Dinkle, Daisy Palmer, Edith Ross, Edith Hemby and Gus Sharp.

You are further notified, that said Will has been offered for Probate in the County Court of Hamilton County, Illinois, and the Seventh day of May A. D. 1917, has been set for hearing.
