Will of Warden L. Coons Last Will and Testament of Warden L. Coons in the County Hamilton and State of Illinois made and published on the 11th day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventeen. IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN, I, Warden L. Coons of the County of Hamilton and State of Illinois at the age of Seventy years, and being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT in manner following that is to say: FIRST -- It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid. SECOND -- I give and Bequeath to Earl R. Coons all my personal property including household and kitchen furniture and money on hand at the time of my death to be his absolutely forever. THIRD -- I give, devise and bequeath to Earl R. Coons all the real Estate of which I shall die seized or now or may/own/or which I shall own at the time of my death and the all the following described real Estate to wit: The West 1/2 of the Southeast Fourth (1/4) of the Southeast quarter and the Northeast Fourth (1/4) of the Southeast quarter all in Section Number (15) in Township Number (6) South Range Number Five (5) Third P.M. and the Southwest Fourth of the Southwest quarter of Section No. Thirty-Four (34) Township No. Six (6) South, Range No. Five (5) and the Southwest Fourth of the Southwest quarter of Section Number Nine (9) in Township Number Seven (7) South, Range No. (5) East of the 3rd P.M. all in Hamilton County and State of Illinois and the East 1/2 of the Northwest quarter and the West 1/2 of the Northeast quarter all of said last two pieces above mentioned are in Section No. (9) in Township No Twelve (12) and Range Two (2) East in Poinsett County in the State of Arkansas. LASTLY -- I hereby nominate and appoint David Underwood to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 11th day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventeen.
