Last
Will and Testament of George Boster State
of Illinois} In
the Name of God Amen I George Boster of said county of Hamilton and
State of Illinois of the age of 77 years of age and being of sound mind
and memory do make publish and declaire this my Last will and Testament
in the manner following that is to say 1.
I want all my just debts and burial expenses paid 2.
I give bequeath to Ulyses S. Boster all my personal property of every
kind and nature and all the increase until my death and after my death. 3.
I give and bequeath to Phillip Boster one dollar 4.
I give and bequeath to George A. Boster 2 notes of the amount of one
hundred dollars $50 each whitch I handed to Permelia E. Dewit on or
about the month of December AD 1885 5.
I give and bequeath to James A. Boster the sum of one dollar 6.
I give and bequeath to Sidney Boster heirs the sum of one dollar 7.
I give and bequeath to ?nson Meadowes the sum of one dollar 8.
I given and bequeath to Marry C. Meadowes the sum of one dollar 9.
I give and bequeath to Sarah C. Moore the sum of one dollar 10.
I give and bequeath to Permelia E. Dewit the sum of one dollar 11.
I give and bequeath to Adline Boster the sum of one dollar. 12.
I hereby appoint Permelia E. Boster my wife sole executrix of this my
last will and testament hereby revocking all other wills by me made and
authorize her to demand and receive two "ceartains?" promisary
notes of fifty dollars each given by George A. Boster to me whitch I
handed to Permelia E. Dewitt about the month of December AD 1885 In
witness whereoff I have herinto set my hand and seal this the 7th day of

the above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date there off
signed dated published and declared by the said George Boster as his and
for his last will and Testament in presentes of us and each other have
at his request and in his presetes have subscribed our names as
witnesses there to the above instrument consisting of one sheet was at
the date thereoff declared to us by George Boster the Testator therein
mentioned to be his last will and testiment and at the same time
acknowledged to us and each of us that he had signed and ------ R.
