James and Minerva were married March 3, 1864 in Hamilton Co., IL 
and had eight children, one son and seven daughters.
  Plina (Lina) Johnson is missing from the photo.

*Della Johnson Broyles was the mother of long-time state Senator from Illinois, Paul Broyles.
