Ralph C. Standafer, 84, of McPherson and formerly of Worthington, Minn., died July 14, 2001. He was a retired farmer and truck driver. Survivors include: wife, Bettie, of the home; sons, Timothy, Belle Plaine, Minn., and Matthew, 'Apple Valley, Minn.; daughters, Lynn Dee Gingrich, Rosemont, Minn., Leslie Hochwender, Longmont, Colo., and Loari Furth, New Ulm, Minn.; brother Loyd Standafer, Worthington, Minn.; half-sisters, Dora Anderson, Hoofman, Minn., and Della Trieschel, Port Angeles, Wash.; step-sister, Ada Griener, Morris Minn.; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Burial of the cremains will take place at the Church of the Brethren Cemetery in Worthington, Minn., at a later date. Memorial donations are suggested to The Cedars in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home.
