Obituary Isabelle Mildred, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Webb was born October 28, 1905; departed this life May 25, 1915, age 10 years, 6 months, and 27 days. Isabelle, was a kind, loving and obedient child, loved by all who knew her. She was a bright little jewel in the home. She was a great lover of Sunday school, always willing to take part in our special day programs in which she was an excellent speaker. A few days before she died she says "Mamma, when little children die to they become Angels?" One sweet consolation, we know she is asleep in Jesus. She leaves to mourn their loss a kind and loving father and mother, four brothers; Augustus, Wesley, Morris and Eugene; three sisters Mrs. Grace Matheny, Mrs. Geneva Martin and Miss Mary, one grandmother and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted at Hopewell by her pastor, Rev. C. M. Prince, and with many bouquets of beautiful flowers and in the presence of a very large and sympathetic audience we laid her body to rest in the cemetery at that place. |
