Robert Lee "Buck" Fann
[Died June 24, 1977]

Funeral services for Robert Lee “Buck” Fann, 76, of Rt. 1, Broughton were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Gholson Chapel in McLeansboro with the Rev. Alfred Venters officiating.  Burial was in Digby Hill Cemetery.  Mr. Fann died Friday, at Hamilton Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Hamilton County on December 16, 1900, the son of  William and Kathleen (Trout) Fann.

He was married first to Marie Trout, who preceded him in death.  He later married Doreen McGill who survives.

He is also survived by three sons, Donald of Aurora, Ben and Henry, both of Grayville; three daughters, Mrs. Sylvia Allen, McLeansboro, Mrs. Eva Trout, Eldorado and Miss Pauline Fann, Shawneetown; one brother, Louis, Fort Thomas, Ky; 29 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, a brother and a sister
