Henry Harrison Gollihur, son of Henry and Patsy Gollihur, was born in Hamilton County, Illinois on Feb. 2, 1863, and departed this life April 17, 1927, at the age of 64 years, 2 months and 15 days.

        He was united in marriage in 1885 to Addie Darley, who departed this life Sept. 24, 1891, at the age of 24 years.  To this union were born two children, Reginald and Pearl.

        He was again united in marriage Nov. 19, 1895 to Nellie Coker.  This union was blessed with eight children: Kenneth Eugene, who preceded him in death, Hazel Weaver of East St. Louis, William of California, Ina Lambert, Frances, Charles, Chester and Russell, all of McLeansboro.

       He leaves to mourn their loss, his wife, nine children, six grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

        Funeral services were conducted at the home Tuesday by Rev. W. W. Bratton of Carmi, assisted by Rev. D. H. Knight.  Interment in the Odd Fellows cemetery.
