Mrs. M. C. (Trobaugh) Essary

Mrs. M. C Essary, who has made her home with Mr. and Mrs. O. F.
Burnett of Oakland, Oregon, for about a year, passed away Sunday night at
12?50 a.m., February 19, 1922. Aged 69 years.
Mrs. M. C. Trobaugh was born in Tennessee May 1st, 1853. In 1867 she was married to Mr. N. B. Essary of Dale, Ill., who preceeded her to the great beyond two years ago. To this union was born nine children, of which five are still living, four having preceded her in death. Those living are: N. M. Essary, J. A. Essary, Miss V. C. Essary, Mrs. Ada Hall, all of Illinois and Mrs. O. F. Burnett of Oakland, Ore. She was a member of the Christian church and from an early age she was always cheerful and helpful. She was true to her faith until the last. Funeral services were conducted from the Christian church, Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock by the Rev. H. C. Hilton of Roseburg. Interment in the I.O.O.F. cemetery at Oakland. |
