Ruverti Ann Bosworth, daughter of G. G. and Mary Bosworth, was born March 6, 1896, and died April 15, 1918, at the home of her parents near Dahlgren, aged 22 years, 1 month and 9 days.

Verti, as she was known to her intimates, was a kind and gentle girl in school and at home, always meeting her many friends with a smile that helped to drive away the darker thoughts and bring light into lives of all.

She professed faith in Christ and united with the Methodist Episcopal church at Bethel, at the age of twelve years, since when she has ever lived a true Christian life, being ever ready to do something to help in the cause of Christ, and in the winning of souls.

Although her health failed for some months her last illness was very short and she bore it without murmuring and never failing to thank those who administered unto her needs.  She leaves to mourn her departure, father, mother, five sisters, Verna E. Green, Vada, Lena, Maude Madeline and Mildred, and a host of relatives and friends, but we feel that our loss is her eternal gain, and that she is only asleep in that peaceful rest from which none returns.
