September 24,, 1945 Brown, Belva May - Funeral service for Mrs. Belva May Brown, 49, who died in a local hospital Saturday, will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in Greenlawn Chapel with Rev. G. R. West officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Surviving are four sons, Herschel Brown, Burbank; Don Brown, Taft; Paul Brown, Taft; and Richard Brown, U.S. Merchant Marine; three sisters, Mrs. Maude Wilson, Lucille Achlander, both of Los Angeles, Daisy Morris, Taft and father Felix Wedding, San Francisco. Note: Belva Wedding Brown was the daughter of Felix Wedding and his wife Clara Burns. Clara Burns was the daughter of Eliza C. Gates Haley Burns and Edward Burns. Clara was also the half-sister of Sarah Ellen Haley Maulding who married Lorenzo Dow Maulding. |
