        J. G. Hunt, a resident of the city of McLeansboro, in said County and State, on his oath stated relative to the title to the West Twenty-six acres of the South West Fourth of the South West Quarter and the South Four acres of the East Fourteen acres of the South West Fourth of the South West Quarter of Section Number Thirty-One Township Number Five South Range Number Six in Hamilton County, Illinois containing Thirty acres more or less.

That the affiant was well acquanted with George W. Hunt in his life time and that he the said George W, Hunt departed this life on or about thirty-five years ago, leaving his widow, Martha. E. Hunt, afterwards intermarried with John Hayes, and that wherever the names appears in the abstract to which this affidavit is attached Martha E. Hunt and Martha E. Hayes that they each represent one and the same person, that the said George W. Hunt left surviving him his children and only heirs at law, the following named: Marhta intermarried with H. B. Johnson: Sarah J. Hunt who never married; Willis Hunt; John R. Hunt; Wilford A.  Hunt; James M. Hunt; William T. Hunt; Walter A. Hunt and wherever the names appear as Walter A. Hunt and Walter L. Hunt they each represent and are one and the same person.

        Affiant further states, that from his aquaintance with the said George W. Hunt that all the debts if any, against his estate have been fully paid and discharged.

        Affiant further states, that he was well aquainted with John Hayes grantee at item number forty-six of the abstract so which this addidavit is attached, and that he the said John Hayes departed this life on or about twenty-five years ago, leaving as his widow Martha E. Hayes, and his children and grandchildren and only heirs at law, the following named: M. C. Moore intermarried with C.V. Moore; C.C. Hayes, Lewis Hayes, Sophia intermarried with Lewis J. Hale; Mary intermarried with Charles West, William Hayes, Margaret J. intermarried with T. M. Smith; Elizabeth intermarried with James Harrelson; Lucy intermarried with Thomas Anderson; and as this affiant is informed and believes Chester Moore as shown as grantor at item number thirty-four of the abstract to which this affidavit is attached was the only son of Ellen intermarried with George Moore who is now deseased and that the said Ellen Moore has long since been deceased.
