Captain Joseph Sandford, a Revolutionary
pensioner, aged 74.

On the 25th Dec., at Washington, (Geo.) Mr. Abimeleck Sandiford, age
about 100
years. He was a native of Virginia, and besides having served in the
Revolution, was engaged in that commonly known as Braddock's war. [Army and
