Nella (Nell) Allen, standing second from right.
Nell owned half of the store until sometime near the 
end of Word War II.  She sold her half to
O. E. (Petie) Allen.

The photo was probably taken in the late 1920s or early 1930s.

This photo of Allen's Cafe was probably taken in the late 1930s, but
certainly before World War II since the tobacco case is full of 
packaged cigarettes.
